Alice Luxton
Alice Luxton is a lifelong education addict. After two years of psychology studies and two years of literature, writing & rhetoric, Alice completed a B.A. in Liberal Arts at the Evergreen State College in 2005, and went on then to finish a Master of Fine Arts degree in Creative Writing at the University of Southern Maine in 2007. She writes fiction and poetry, and has also published poems in Chronogram Magazine and Abyss & Apex.
Alice has a wide and varied life, which has included such adventurous chapters as running a jewelry business and spending a year teaching English at Yangzhou Polytechnic Institute in China.
Due to a lifelong interest in wellness and nutrition, Alice currently works towards a Bachelor of Science degree as a window to the health professions, and continues an education at Portland State University.
